We work directly with your IT/IS Support vendor, and organize a scheduled electronic disconnect at your old location, safe and secure transport, and re-connection of all equipment at your new location.
We often find clients have decided to upgrade some of the equipment. Our IT recycling services can remove old equipment, such as printers, computers and phones and provide an avenue to the Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council (CACRC). They take care of recycling or refurbishing and follow strict industry standards regarding data security safeguards. The Quality Group also coordinates the secure removal and destruction of hard drives and media through Absolute Document Destruction. This service was designed in prevention of pollution and landfill use.
If you're keeping your furniture, there is no need to disassemble your large equipment. Our employees are trained to handle furniture assembly from many trusted brands, including Steelcase, Allsteel, Knoll, Haworth, National, HON, JSI, Kimbal, JOFCO, Jasper, and Herman Miller. Our Move Plan will take into account where each piece needs to go and will be assembled in place.

Once you've left your building, we can arrange to remove unwanted equipment, and we can provide storage space for extra furniture. We meet and work with your landlord or property manager to follow through with office space decommission and meet the lease departure requirements.
